Looking for a heritage office?

Postby Lisa Buck » Tue Oct 11, 2011 10:22 pm

I have restored a 1910 home that has office zoning and would like to sell to an old house lover. Located one block from 17th Avenue, S.W. in Lower Mount Royal. There are three bedrooms/offices up, plus a bathroom (original claw foot tub). On the main, another office, large kitchen and 2 meeting areas separated by pocket doors. Beautiful tiled fireplace with quarter-sawn oak surround. Woodwork is stripped back to the original fir with egg and dart molding on doorways. Off street parking in back. This would be a wonderful office for a professional or small company looking to escape downtown rents. I can be reached at buckejv@gmail.com

Could you add some photos of the building?

I apologize for the delay in replying. I have been doing everything but standing on my head to get photos to load but I just can't seem to make it work. I would be happy to email photos if you contacted me at buckejv@gmail.com

I guess I'm three years too late for this one.
