Heritage Energized
Heritage infuses Canadian communities with cultural and economic vitality, sparks new investment, and grounds us with a strong sense of place. The National Trust’s Executive Director Natalie Bull will share examples of how heritage can turn places around, empower people, and create opportunities, and how the heritage movement itself is being transformed through its evolving relationship with arts and culture, sustainable living, cultural diversity and philanthropy. Consider this a sneak preview of themes that will be explored at Heritage Energized - the 2015 National Trust Conference, which will be held in Calgary, October 22-24, 2015.
Meeting Business
CHI’s financial documents and 2014 AGM minutes will be sent via email to members for review prior to the meeting. Please note that we will not be accepting nominations for Board members from the floor at the AGM, as the responsibility to select candidates best-suited to take on Board roles requires consideration in advance.
