I just had painting done in my 1910 home. There was a lot of prep worked involved: caulking of gaps, skim coating walls, filling in woodwork nicks. I used Cortney Osness, owner of The Fresh Paint Company. He has just moved here from Nelson, prefers working in older homes (how rare is that!) and he is meticulous.
