Updated December 2011 see bottom post
-----------------------------------
Neil Richardson and the Heritage Property Corporation ( http://www.heritageproperty.ca/ ) have come to the rescue of the 1890 era Canmore Hotel, the second-oldest continuously-operating hotel in Alberta. Some of the earliest posts on this board were about the the pending sale and possible demolition of this site (see http://www.calgaryheritage.org/CHIForum/viewtopic.php?t=57). It's good to be able to post good news! The company is also picking up some heritage buildings in High River.
Heritage Property Corporation are the restorers of the Lorraine, NW Travellers and the Lougheed Building in Calgary, among others.
