Mount view is a post war neighbourhood, and I wondered if any of these 'newer' buildings would be interesting, so let's see what's there:

1912, possibly more interesting than it looks in this pic..


1953, compare to the house in Britannia, similar style and 'texture' although much smaller

1949, rather unique but sadly, demolished in the past year.
