west Calgary school 26 ave & sarcee trail

Has anyone any information on West Calgary School ? It closed around 1959 and was on 26 ave and 53 st SW (now sarcee trail) .It was an old wooden 2 building school and I'm looking for some history on it
I'm also a new member and can't find what looks like a proper place to post this ,any advise will be great.

If you go to the following website, which has digitized a bunch of local histories, and search for the exact phrase "west calgary school" there are a bunch of results that seem relevant.
