This is my first post here, I'm new to Calgary. I just moved from Vancouver in December and I'm loving this sun!

I was out walking today and found the old Board of Education Building at 515 McLeod Trail S.E. (also the building of same style across the street). Looking it up I found that it was sold almost a year ago I think it's just a wonderful building and would hate to see it torn down. Does anyone know anything more about this? and what do you think of it? My girlfriend thinks its ugly as sin, but I think it has a lot of character!
