The long road to Confederation Park

Who among the thousands of people who enjoy Confederation Park each year know any of the people involved in its creation?

The Confederation Park we know today came about as the result of a carefully laid plan developed in the 1960s by a group of community volunteers.

Formerly known as the North Hill Coulee, the natural gully at one point in local history had been singled out as a landfill site.
