Many people are unaware of how the southern portion of the community has changed in the past few decades, originally there was only one Edmonton Trail that was 2-way, the north bound portion that currently exists was bulldozed through the blocks north in the more recent past (70s?). Below is a 1926 map showing how the northbound lane, and the exchange and flyover caused some clearing of entire blocks:
Anyway, on to the findings.
*The dotted line at the top is the border between Bridgeland and Renfrew. Although the high density zone extends north, I stopped at that border, and well investigate Renfrew at a later date.

Church, unsure of age. The name (in this area) is mentioned as early as 1932 on the Glenbow, and a photo of this particular structure is dated 1962.

Church, unknown age (pre 1926). A church of similar design appears on this site in a 1908 photo, but unsure if that is this structure or if this is a replacement structure.
Large commercial building/complex, listed as 1938 by may have various ages.
Large industrial complex, listed as 1950, DP for office building on hold. Meridith Rd frontage could be interested restored as are the Ramsay Exchange buildings currently with street frontage.

North end of the block, these are all brick and much more magestic homes, with the southernmost one looking awefully 1950/60s, however it had a mid century makeover as it's dated at 1925. From south to north: 1925, 1912, 1924, 1912, and around the corner (further down page) 1918

Not much to look at, but listed as 1900 which would make it one of the oldest buildings in Bridgeland, although may be error or 'catch-all'
Also listed as 1900 and directly across the street, perhaps not an error?
Also, note the north bound Edmonton trail road is a more modern occurrence, it never existed originally, so this home and "T" would have been a few houses apart on the same block originally.

St Angela catholic school. Unsure of age but original 1913 school was demolished in 1971 and a portion of this one was already built at the time.
In fact judging from this photo:
it appears the portion of the photo I took, to the left of the parking sign, is the left most portion of the school in the old black and white photo, however most of the windows have since been filled in.
This is an odd little house, very rare 'modern' curved front, dated 1945
